The Hooker Broom...A New Invention!

This is one of the best ideas that I have seen in sometime. I can think of several ways to use this. How about you?

Recently sold this Penthouse Condo  Baltimore Penthouse # 607, 1 Gristmill Ct. Annen woods, Pikesville, Maryland 21208   and we had our home inspection today. The windows are high and have shades that need to be raised and lowered depending on the sun's location and the time of day.
 
Being vacant, nothing to stand on, there was no way to reach the shades to pull them down. This brilliant buyer shows up with this clever, quite unique invention.  Someone probably makes this hooker broom but if so, I'm not aware. Did I just name this new tool. The Hooker Broom...A New Invention!

One end there is a hook and the other is a broom. You can hang up the broom in any closet making it easy for a quick sweep at anytime.

The hook is perfect for putting the shades up and down. So much easier than climbing on the window sill. And yes I have!
       
It definitely will not fit in my bag It's in the Bag! What's in Yours?  But  the Hooker Broom is a good  item to have around.
