This past Sunday we had an ActiveRain gathering. Not a large group but fabulous associates that  never would have met if not for AR. This is how it started Guess Who's Coming to Sunday Dinner ~ ActiveRain Gathering!    
                                                         
Early in the morning Carolyn and her sons, Noah and Stephan, met for breakfast at   Suburban House re-opens in Pikesville! Margaret Rome's "Kitchen" is Back!  We  had a picnic brunch outside. There was a lot more room for the boys to run around while Mom and I relaxed, talked and enjoyed the glorious Baltimore weather. They even went to feed the big birds.

Are those the best smiles on Bridget and Sydney? I met Bridget McGhee - An Awesome Maryland Mortgage Broker  through ActiveRain and we are going to settlement on one of my short sales this week. She is fabulous to work with, goes the extra mile and buyers adore her. What a special person to have on my team!

When we were saying our goodbyes in the parking lot, a note found  on my car "Sorry I missed you." It was from June Piper-Brandon. Immediately called her and asked where she was. June had been in the restaurant at the same time sitting on the water where we were. Only she was on the right and we were on the left. Oh so sorry we missed you. You were so close and so far away!
