Be On Time For Sunday's Appointments...Turn Your Clock Ahead!

Will You Be On Time For Sunday's Appointments? Don't Forget to Turn Your Clock Ahead!

We all remember the phrase "Spring forward, Fall back" which reminds us how Daylight Saving Time affects all our time telling devices, including computers, alarm clocks, cell phones, microwaves, car clocks and the  numerous watches we may own.

Daylight saving time (DST) begins each year on the second Sunday in March at 2 a.m. (local time).
Clocks must be moved ahead one hour when DST goes into effect. The changeover back to standard time (ST) occurs on the first Sunday in November at 2 a.m. (local time). Clocks must be moved back one hour.

Some people remember which way to move their clocks using the phrase, "spring forward, fall back".

Just wondering if I need to remind my morning appointments of the time change...hmm.  Do I just show up and assume they will remember? Guess I will wait until the morning to decide but right now I am going to change the clocks...well no I am not, I am going to remind TLH to change them...and hope he doesn't miss any.
