Challenging Listings That Are Not Clononials!

My dear friend   Anne Hruby sent me an email letting me know she was thinking about me when she saw these photos. Her message: Would you like some new HomeRome listings?  And my response:

'I could use a few more “unsaleable” challenging properties. They are definitely NOT  Cloneonials   and  knowing me, I would take the challenge on any one of them. Just think of the publicity and blog opportunities. Can you imagine doing a CMA and finding comps? Do you think they would appraise? How about a short sale?

How about showing instructions? Where would you put the lockbox? How about an Open House? And where would you put the For Sale sign?
