Yesterday, I went on a listing appointment and  posted about  A Delightful Letter Carrier ..Named Jim. 

The seller was only 98.5% sure  she wanted to use me.

Remember, I ask two questions on a listing appointment.

-First question: Are You 100% Sure  you want to sell?

-Second question- Are you 100% sure you want to use me?

This home owner would not make decision without sleeping on it.

This morning, as promised, a call  was received leaving the following message:

" Hi Margaret Rome...The other 1 and 1/2 percent is all taken care of ..I slept on it...I believe in you...go for it!  We will  go on this journey together to sell 17 Bellows Ct. 21204
