The seller, who called  All About Real Estate the first  Radio Show Of The New Year ,

  is a dear family friend from my hometown... Danville, Va.

A few months ago, Ben asked, jokingly, if I could sell his Florida condo. Well sure I can sell from Baltimore.

  How so, you may ask?
