It might be land in Baltimore County or a condo in the city; it could be a ranch house in Parkville or a townhouse in Pikesville. Sometimes it’s as unique as “a funky house” or a renovated barn. Whatever people want, that’s what goes on the list. Of course the description is anonymous to protect buyers’ privacy, and there’s no cost and no obligation.

Then homeowners who are thinking of selling can go right to the Buyers4YourHome page and see if there is someone looking for their home’s style, price, or location. They call me, and if we find a match, a home could be listed and sold in the same day!
