Buy Into Baltimore - Get $3,000 from Baltimore City
Next Saturday, May 13, a few select homes in Baltimore City’s western region will play host to hundreds of qualified buyers. Four different free, guided tours will showcase homes for sale, including one of my client’s at 5604 Woodcrest Avenue. In addition to the bus or self-guided tours there are educational sessions on buying and financing a home purchase at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute High School.
This is a great opportunity for people to find a home with the special bonus of a $3,000 grant from the City of Baltimore for down payment and closing costs. There’s still time to sign up for the fair – and yes, you do have to participate to be eligible for the $3,000 grant. The home tour has been outstanding. We must of had 100 people come in just a few hours. It was a pleasure doing the open house with you and Dave.
I am sure you will find a few clients that will want that home.
The home market has been changing a little in the last few months, with interest rates on the rise, people must get into the right mortgage programs that fit their needs. I look foward to answering any questions the buyers have about options to improve their wealth and to own real estate.
