Never Know What Will be at a Settlement Table!  So Keep an Open Eye!

A recent blog by Pat Kennedy, Never Know who you will meet at an inspection, sparked this idea. Last month we did a settlement at my client's home. Since they are both physicians with unusual hours... it was a convenient location for everyone. After the successful closing, we went out on the deck to visit with their kids.
There was a bit of excitement. Here is what we found!
