The Only Beauty in this Baltimore Home for Sale...a Butterfly!

I am working with wonderful clients who invest in Real Estate, perform extensive rehab then re list with me. So even though you all know I am a listing agent. To me these are not buyers but Future Listings!
My job is to find the best of the worse properties, the ones with the most potential, the ones that absolutely need TLC (Tons of Liquid Cash).  Having an eye for the market, the neighborhood and the resale value is critical. So we look at a lot of homes and we write a lot of offers. We will be writing one on this property even though  The Only Beauty in this Baltimore Home for Sale... is a Butterfly!












This week we toured one such property and the Only Beauty Found in this house was this magnificent butterfly which landed on the dilapidated screened porch overlooking a collapsed pool and a deck in dangerous condition.

This home was covered in mold...like someone took a can of black paint and sprayed many sections of the walls. The kitchen walls, also with mold, had no appliances and the counters, cabinets and backslash were missing...well not quite..the counters were on the floor.  Again the only beauty was this magnificent butterfly.

Could have named this post Bats to Butterflies..Never Know What Will be at a Settlement Table! So Keep an Open Eye!
