Sheldon Neal reminded me how I like to revisit my sold properties and follow up with the buyers.
We stopped by
This House to remove the forgotten lockbox on
1/1/11 New Year's Day
While there, the owner allowed me to come in and snap a couple of photos. This property was a former dental office and the lucky buyers turned it back into a lovely home. No signs inside of the former dental office.

Great seeing a building turned into a lovely home for a family to enjoy for many years!

You'll recall a delightful young woman who came to Baltimore to attend college and who found her home at
Strathmore Towers. The transaction started when her mother contacted me from the British Virgin Islands. What began as a conversation with an out-of-town buyer turned into
a special connection for all of us.
The condo was vacant and in beautiful condition when Briana purchased. With much style and elegance, she decorated her space - I am so proud of this young, talented full time student. Much of the furniture came from another unit in this same building. But it was Briana's accessories, placement and wood refinishing, that made it her home.
Seeing a young person create their own space and fill it with personality is one of the special perks and best parts of my job!

I will be doing more of these follow ups, before and afters or Pop Bys ...as Sheldon Neal calls them.
