My car is not new but I love everything about it. It's been a few years since you heard about this  special car! 

Thanks to one of my favorite little guys, Stephen Tann, who named  The Chocolate Car!  

I have found a better way to keep the chocolate car clean, other than backing it out of the garage when it rains.  Let's call it a Type E thing as explained in my book Real Estate the Rome Way.

That better way is a young man named  Scott Hankin who comes to my home...washes, waxes, details and keeps it shiny as new. He even finds things like my lost SentriCard.. or a favorite earring.

Scott will go anywhere...your office, a parking lot even a client's home. This might be a good Father's Day Gift. 

Scott comes equipped with his own water and electricity. You could take Dad out and have his car detailed at the same time.
