A Bribe to Keep Me Company While Visiting My Canton Listing.
A Bribe to Keep Me Company While Visiting My Canton Listing.
This evening I wanted to stop and visit my sellers at 709 S. Milton Street in Baltimore's Historic Canton. I wanted company...and a bribe usually works.
The bribe was for TLH.... ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. I enjoyed the company, he enjoyed the treat.
709 S. Milton Street
While in Canton, I received a call from my friend Kim Jones making an appointment to show this townhome tomorrow. Kim wanted to know what could be seen from the roof top deck. So I am sharing some of the sights of Canton.
From 709 S. Milton Street, you can see Nattie Boh, The Can Company and 4th of July Fireworks.
You can walk to the water, Safeway, Little Italy, Bay Cafe, Outback Steakhouse, Subway and Cold Stone Creamery.
No chance of going hungry in this neighborhood.
And beautiful sunsets.
709 S. Milton Street is great for entertaining with an enclosed brick patio right off the bright kitchen. Notice the gas cooking in this gourmet space with white cabinets, double sinks, ceramic floors and built in microwave.
Two master bedrooms make this a versatile home. Check out the gleaming hardwood floors.
Two master baths give privacy, one with a jetted tub the other with a spacious stall shower.
Nice space in the dining room and living areas. There are replacement windows throughout.
Exposed brick walls and convenient second level laundry.
The finished lower level makes a perfect home office!

I sure hope Kim has the perfect buyer for this home tomorrow. It would be a pleasure doing a transaction with this wonderful professional!
