I am excited to visit 1930 Jordans Retreat again. The last time I was there was to take the listing and had a lovely afternoon enjoying the beauty of this farmette sitting on 7 Idyllic  acres buffered by a forest of trees.

The home is absolutely charming with bright sun room, central air, gas cooking and a modern granite kitchen! A bit of paradise to live and enjoy nature.

So much charm and so much beauty! Horses, people and pet friendly!

Looking forward to meeting the buyer's agent along with the out of town buyer. I will keep you posted.

 My big decision is whether to sit in the sunroom or outside on the patio.
