CHAI’s Realtor Breakfast Whets Appetite for Sales

On July 25, 2012 from 10-11:30 a.m., seventeen Realtors ® from around the area converged on Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc. (CHAI)’s beautiful conference room for the non-profit agency’s Realtor Breakfast. 

Although the New York style bagels and spreads were delicious, the content of the presentation was the main draw.  Attendees were shown how CHAI’s financial incentives and resources help Realtors® generate leads and sell houses in the northwest Baltimore City area.     

                    

                                           

                                       

Toni Sherman, Home ownership Coordinator; Aryeh Goetz, Director of Neighborhood Investment; and Shelley Weinreb, Marketing Coordinator, facilitated the event.

Attendees viewed a colorful, informative PowerPoint presentation on the benefits of living in northwest Baltimore City.  They learned how CHAI’s monthly Homebuyer Workshops, pre-purchase counseling, settlement and down payment loans and grants help our buyers to purchase in northwest Baltimore.

Through CHAI, buyers in northwest Baltimore can qualify for up to $25,000 in grants and loans! Two lucky attendees won a Starbucks gift card in the raffle.
