Sushi Ya is Delicious in Owings Mills, MD!

This is  our favorite Sushi restaurant located in the "Pink Shopping Center" in Owings Mills.  Whenever we go, we are always treated with the the same warm welcome. Right away we are seated and brought a plate of hot towels to freshen up.

I would hope we make our clients feel as welcome!

 

Sushi Ya is located at  9616 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. This is a local Japanese restaurant that has a comfortable feeling, delightful service and wonderful sushi. The meals are not only delicious but are gourmet artwork....beautiful to look at.

This is one of our favorite restaurants located in the "Pink Shopping Center" in Owings Mills. We go during the week, we go at off hours, we go for lunch or we go for dinner. Whenever we go, we are always treated with the the same warm welcome. Right away we are seated and brought a fresh cabbage salad to start and, of course, the fried won-tons with sweet sauce and hot mustard.

I would hope we make our clients feel as welcome!

          
There is plenty of space in this well appointed restaurant. It is a perfect place to go with a friend or client. The booths and table spacing offer privacy for conversation. And I have never feel rushed. The hot towel and fortune cookie is a nice touch. After our meal, we sometimes sit for an extended time sipping hot tea.

                                                                  

And the food is always fresh, hot and delicious...like this plate of chicken with lots of fresh crisp veggies.

A New Place to Sign a Contract Offer...Cosi In Owings Mills, Maryland

Found a new place to sign a contract offer... Cosi in Owings Mills. A few years ago I wrote  unusual places that contracts have been signed.

Yesterday, after showing a property, we wanted to go somewhere to get a drink and discuss the offer. That place turned out to be Cosi, right in Owings Mills and quite close to the subject property. We both got a soda and began the contract offer review...that was about 4:00PM.  The place was not crowded at that time..we had a high table with a window view and the process of review, explaining and making changes took a bit of time. After all there was a total of 36 pages and 56 paragraphs on the first nine pages.  How long does that take? We finished at 8:30PM.

                

               
Jermirra with her friendly smile suggested what to order. We got a signature salad and couple of steakhouse Gorgonzola melts. I think I have found a new place to review contracts!

   
What a friendly place..after sitting for four and a half hours, no one bothered us. Feeling a bit guilty, I ordered dinner for the buyer and to take home for Lee. Cosi makes their own fresh bread and everything was really delicious when I arrived home.
