100% Sure! Another Baltimore HomeRome Listing Sold!

 

At the end of May, I went on a listing appointment referred to me by good friends, and a former client's sister.  They have become one of my favorite sellers and today we had final settlement. It has been a pleasure knowing they were  100% sure about working with me.

There are many challenges taking a listing,  marketing, showing the property, negotiating the offer, going through home inspection, appraisal, financing contingencies, title, walk through and bringing it to closing.

Today I made a comment on a post explaining the real estate mystery by Jason Crouch. 

It is a bit like ice skating. The better the skater the easier it looks! Those that do not glide with ease make it look like a difficult task! There have been numerous people who have gotten into RE because it looked so easy...very few of them stayed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

In today's market, this home sold quickly with competing offers  and a ratified contract within three weeks of being in the MLS!

Knowing the two questions that must receive positive answers..I am waiting for a phone call later today.

Yes, I went on listing appointment yesterday. These sellers were referred to me by two people..one a best friend and one a former client (her sister). When I asked if they were 100% sure about selling..there was not much hesitation...just qualified by ..'if we get the right price.'  The second question:  Are you 100% sure you want to use me? A bit more hesitation. You see,  I am the first Broker and they may want to talk to others...no problem.

They are going to call with their answer. In the meantime, I am going to tease you with a few photos that are just perfect for this holiday weekend. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Yesterday, I went on a listing appointment and  posted about  A Delightful Letter Carrier ..Named Jim. 

The seller was only 98.5% sure  she wanted to use me.

Remember, I ask two questions on a listing appointment.

-First question: Are You 100% Sure  you want to sell?

-Second question- Are you 100% sure you want to use me?

This home owner would not make decision without sleeping on it.

This morning, as promised, a call  was received leaving the following message:

" Hi Margaret Rome...The other 1 and 1/2 percent is all taken care of ..I slept on it...I believe in you...go for it!  We will  go on this journey together to sell 17 Bellows Ct. 21204
